South Beach Room Escape is cash-free. We accept several different forms of payment, but cash is not one of them. Thank you for your cooperation.

We recognize that in light of current events our customers are more concerned about health and safety than ever. Here are some of the things we will be doing until further notice to try to keep our customers safe and happy:

• All escape room experiences must be booked in advance over the phone or using our online booking system. Doors to our property at the street level are always locked. You gain entry by calling us using the intercom by the door and having us buzz you in. We will not buzz you in unless you have an appointment.
• We have invested in the highest quality UV light sanitizers.
• Customers who are visibly sick, who have a temperature over 100.4 F, or who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave and issued a full refund.

There are many different aspects to escape rooms: riddle solving, observation, scavenger hunts, and working as a team. We’re confident there is one thing on that list you will feel successful with! In the case you feel like you need some extra help, our game masters are there along the way, giving hints and guiding you whenever you need it and ask for clues.

All ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, including in the room.

Our rooms do not have anything that jumps out to scare you and are all family friendly. The most popular kid-friendly rooms are Panic Room and Diamond Heist.

The game starts promptly at the scheduled time and lasts exactly one hour from that time. Everyone in your party must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you are late, we may cancel your booking without providing a refund, shorten your playing time, or require rescheduling, for an additional fee.

All three of our rooms are challenging in their own ways. If you are a beginner we recommend Panic Room. If you definitely want a challenge then Classroom Conspiracy and Diamond Heist is the way to go!

We are located at 235 Lincoln Road. The entrance is on James Ave, between Lincoln Road and 17th Street. Our door is right next to the Scooter Rentals and Duck Tours. The door is always locked, use the keypad to scroll until you see Escape Room. Call us using the keypad and we will buzz you in. We are on the 4th floor.

There is a private parking lot with a parking fee right next to the building. Alternative options can be metered street parking or nearby garages. The public Miami Beach parking garage is the closest, which can be found on 16th between Washington and Collins. It is right next to the city’s Welcome Center. The Lincoln Mall parking garage is another available option nearby.

We do! We entertain groups of all sizes and can hold private events inside our tastefully decorated lounge or out on our rooftop patio. We serve beer, wine and canned cocktails. With the Venue Buyout or VIP Escape we can help arrange catering for you or you can bring your own food.
