My first time ever doing an escape room, and I can't wait to go back! We did the Diamond Heist room, and the puzzles/clues were super creative and quite a challenge to solve. Tyler, one of the owners, was friendly and super helpful in helping us to escape. They also have a wonderful outdoor space which would be perfect for birthday parties and outdoor events. Highly recommend!

We were in Miami for a bachelorette trip and decided to check out South Beach Room Escape. There were 8 of us and we picked the Diamond Heist room and every single person LOVED the experience. Our host was really great; the room (not my first) was engaging and fun; the clues were hard but not unfair. Icing on the cake was that we managed to beat the best time for that room for a group of 8 without using any clues and were able to get our names on the All-Star board! We all came away from the experience immediately wanting to go to another one

Very fun and amazing customer service, travis was absolutely awesome. they had a freestyle night and it was sooooooo cool

The Heist was a great escape room, but this place really deserves to be known for how beautiful and well-placed it's rooftop bar space is. Drinks are very well priced for the location. 1pm on a Monday was unsurprisingly quiet, so I can't comment on how busy it gets, but it certainly deserves to be crowded!
